EDIT: Two weeks later and no response from the dealer after the initial email to set up a time. Extremely disappointed in how this has been handled. Would never deal with this dealer again. I bought my car from a different dealer and this was my first time dealing with DCH Toyota, as my car had a recall. It took several days and over a dozen calls to even get through to the service department. The staff at check in was unfriendly and it took several minutes to receive any help checking in my car. The rep didn’t seem like he was interested in being at work at all, was brisk and despite not being told to pull my car into the bay, seemed annoyed that I hadn’t. My car needed parts they didn’t have so I left it overnight and upon returning to pick it up the next day, was met with the same unfriendly staff who checked me out as quickly as possibly, told me my car was out front and rushed me off. When I left the building, I noticed my key felt off and when I hit my key fob to find my car, the whole key fell apart in my hand. Though a rep attempted to help me find it, the battery pack and chip needed to drive and most of the keys were gone. They took no responsibility for returning my key being broken, and only told me they could get a shuttle home and a new one back in order to retrieve my spare, which thankfully I had. My car hadn’t even been pulled around and I had to walk through ice and snow to reach it when a family member brought me my spare. Now I’m stuck having to replace a $200 key fob on my own. I would never return to this dealer and I would advice anyone I know not to use them as well. Completely unprofessional. More

Came in for recall to 2020 Highlander low fuel light being inaccurate per dealer rep. There was no issue with the light coming on late prior to the service, but once they did the recall service update, being inaccurate per dealer rep. There was no issue with the light coming on late prior to the service, but once they did the recall service update, now we have 15 miles to empty when the light comes on. Was at least 50 miles prior. So they broke something that was working with an update. More
