Something wrong with service department. They will pull out cabin air filter and say needs replacement (90% will show that) and will add the labor charge to put the new one in but if you refuse, they will out cabin air filter and say needs replacement (90% will show that) and will add the labor charge to put the new one in but if you refuse, they will just put the old filter back (same labor but no charge).
