When I scheduled my service appointment I asked how long I would be there. I was told 2 to 2 1/2. Four hrs later I had to pursue the service tech to find out why the delay. Continue to be disappointed in the time it takes for an oil change. Took nearly an hour and a half past my appointment time before I drove out after the oil change. I will no longer allow tire rotation oil change. Took nearly an hour and a half past my appointment time before I drove out after the oil change. I will no longer allow tire rotation at the dealership because each time I end up with loose/lost lug nuts after a day or two. To date no one has been able to explain why this occurs but I've never experienced this with any other vendor that has removed/installed wheels on this truck nor have I if I did the work. I've asked Ben to provide me with some new lug nuts for the ones I've lost but have yet to get a response to my request. More
Your staff is great. But please stop with the up-sell. My aunt is 89 years old . The car is six years old an has 25000 miles on it . If you see a major safety issue then of coarse tell the customer. Please stop with cabin filter, it’s the new ( you need new wipers ) for the past seven years . My buying experience here was great, but my experience with the service department has been lacking. Communication seems to be an issue and definitely something that needs to be worked on. Although I'm grateful that my issue was resolved, I regret that I had to keep explaining the issue and how many people I had to speak to in order to get it resolved. I almost gave up and would hesitate to come back for service in the future. I also would suggest that when people come in for service there be a person they could talk to as it seems that the customer is left to try and figure out where to go and some service people get tied up on the phone and ignore the customer. I do appreciate the other service people who stepped in and tried to help though. More

Service dept was good no complaints there just not happy with the purchase of the truck. Truck was 1 year old but the tires and brakes could have been changed.
