Recall misinformation My comments here have nothing to do with Kathleen, who was great. My problem is with the person I spoke with when I initially called to schedule the s My comments here have nothing to do with Kathleen, who was great. My problem is with the person I spoke with when I initially called to schedule the service . I asked why the car was being recalled and was told it was an electrical problem and would take about 3 - 3 1/2 hours to complete. However, I learned that there was no electrical problem, just an updating of software. Given the commitments and responsibilities I have, I found it difficult to schedule this service but felt it was important since an electrical issue could cause serious problems. So, when I learned that it was just a software update, I was not happy to put it mildly. Also, the information I had said there was a car wash included. That, also, was false information. In addition, it seemed that I was brought in there in the hopes I would have some work done on my car. It was no surprise that a filter needed changing, which I did not do. More

No callback regarding status after 4-5 hrs. My appt was at 8:30AM. The van was dropped off at that time for recall work. It was approx 1PM when I called the service dept & asked for Evan. He was unavailable & the girl I spoke to couldn't give me a status other than she'll leave a msg for him. I called about an hr later, still no callback in between & got a status on my vehicle. More
