Friendly and Professional I called to have my airbags which were on recall fixed. They were able to accommodate me within the week, which I was impressed with. Normally, I dread going into dealerships but this experience was hassle free and I felt like the needs I came in for were top priority, rather than trying to upsell me other services. They were even able to provide me a ride down the road, so I could get some of my errands done while waiting for my car and Chris who drove me was also friendly and professional. I started up my 2012 Tundra Tuesday morning and warning lights came on and wouldn't go out, including the check engine light and four wheel drive low range. I called Toyota service that something bad had happened and they scheduled me for Thursday morning. Since I wasn't going to use it with all the lights on, I brought the Tundra over Tuesday evening because it seemed ok on a short test drive. The very next morning (Wednesday) Toyota Service called to tell me that an apparent hungry rodent or rodents ate into some wires over the week-end in multiple places, including windshield wipers, flow controller, computer etc. The Service people got to work on it that afternoon and my Tundra was done and ready to go before it was scheduled for service! . NICE. More
