75,000 mile servicing Service rep seemed flustered. Too many papers on her desk, too many screens open on her computer.... Service rep pulled up the wrong customer file and Service rep seemed flustered. Too many papers on her desk, too many screens open on her computer.... Service rep pulled up the wrong customer file and tried to sell me $500 worth of services that had already been done on my car at 60,000 miles. Once the error was realized I was then told that the only service that was due was tire rotation..... and the all point inspection. Following the tire rotation the service rep tried to upsell me again for another several hundred dollars of servicing, brake fluid flush transmission fluid flush and fluid replacement etc. I settled on a new cabin air filter and rejected the up selling. Over the past 4 yrs the actual services performed by the technicians seem to be very good quality work. It really bothers me though that every service appointment comes with up selling of costly services and a request for me to trade in my car or to upgrade to a new vehicle or more costly model.
