DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota - Service Center

Unreasonable wait for oil change I've been a customer with this dealership and service center for 3 years and l experienced a 3 1/2 hour wait for an oil change. I watched people come I've been a customer with this dealership and service center for 3 years and l experienced a 3 1/2 hour wait for an oil change. I watched people come after me and leave before me for similar services and some coming in for major work. I asked the service rep after this long wait who was the same rep who checked me in and she looked like she forgot that I was still waiting. Then she didn't know where my car was, why? My car was tagged with wrong service order/work to be performed. If you are a service rep, know your customers and follow up with making sure your customers are helped in order they arrived and that the proper work orders get attached to the vehicles. I will still recommend this service station but will be more vocal with the reps and time the service with 30 minute check ins with reps. More

Service was ok I was quote one price and was charged another, was disappointing. Parts department sold us the wrong part, had to purchase correct part from Toyota i I was quote one price and was charged another, was disappointing. Great service Had a later appointment on the day I was there but showed up early and asked for them to expedite as I had a medical procedure. Simple low tire concern Awesome customer service. I purchased a used vehicle about a week or two ago and noticed that my Tire pressure light came on. I voiced my concern with Awesome customer service. I purchased a used vehicle about a week or two ago and noticed that my Tire pressure light came on. I voiced my concern with a slow leak and they not only filled the tire with air but they also gave it a hot patch on the inner portion of the tire effectively plugging the leak. No questions asked. I should also point out that my vehicle didn’t have any dealer warranty and they were not obligated to fix this issue. All personnel, from sales to service ensured that I was happy with my purchase and did what they could to assist me. This dealership will bend over backwards to ensure you have an amazing buying and service experience. More

Their techs could not find the issue with the front end of my vehicle. They took the vehicle to a Chevy dealer and they could not find the issue either. i ordered the parts and replaced the front end components and now the truck run better than ever. Not sure what techs they have working at their repair shop but I guess they only know about Toyota vehicles. Stay away from this shop and dealer. More
