2012 Corolla I had an issue with my Corolla that was towed to the dealership. I worked with Michael Giordano in the service department. I can not say enough about how helpful Michael was. Michael was Very knowledgeable, friendly, and curtious. He kept in constant contact with about the repairs. Excellent service I have purchased two new vehicles at DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota and have had them serviced there exclusively because the service is always excellent I have purchased two new vehicles at DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota and have had them serviced there exclusively because the service is always excellent and the staff is friendly, helpful and very professional. The Toyota Care maintenance plan is especially good and covers all routine maintenance items. I have also purchased the Toyota Care Plus extended maintenance plan on both vehicles because it is really worth paying the up-front cost to continue the factory services through 45,000 miles and save a lot of money by doing so. Alicia Verven was my service advisor. She was very helpful and professional. After the vehicle service was completed, Alicia went over everything very thoroughly. Good job. More

Made apt. Arrived did inspection and was on my way. Excellent service. Drove in, was taken care of and told there would be a bit of a wait.
