2 days to tell me its not covered I was in a hurry at the purchase of the car. I did not want the extra coverage, but it was costing me too much sleep to keep telling the salesman no, I was in a hurry at the purchase of the car. Now every time i get in the car i am slightly annoyed, looking forward to getting out of the car payments, into something else. There was a misunderstanding with the gentleman who made the appointment causing me to visit the service center twice, not a big deal just time consuming. More

Good service, BUT... They fixed my broken air conditioning, however I asked the service people to fix it over a month ago and they never even looked at it. This previously happened at my 10,000 mile check up when I asked them to check a warning light that came on. When I got the car back the light was still on. All it needed was to fill the tires but the service people didn't check. Overall, I'm satisfied with the repairs DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota made but their attention to detail and ability to listen to what I ask for is not very good. More
