I had an appointment for a tire rotation & asked about a piece in my trunk that moved & was sharp if it could be fixed. It took 2.5 hrs & I was given an estimate of over $930.00 to order a new piece to fix piece in my trunk that moved & was sharp if it could be fixed. It took 2.5 hrs & I was given an estimate of over $930.00 to order a new piece to fix the trunk. This is inside the trunk & nothing I did caused the rubber to come off & expose sharp metal. I asked for a call to the svs dept to discuss as this price is outrageous. I called later that day & was told they would get back to me. Now 2 days later & I’ve not gotten a call. Not happy with this treatment. More
