My car had a lot of negative equity th My wife and I were looking for a vehicle and shopped around to numerous and numerous dealers in the DFW market. My car had a lot of negative equity that if and when we were approved at other dealerships, the rates and stipulations were crazy and financially unfeasable. They were also constantly pushing expensive service contracts that they would only allow a deal if it was included which inflated the monthly payments and overall cost. They were concerned more about their bonuses instead of doing everything possible to take care of their customers. Thankfully my wife came across the vehicle that we were looking for at Dallas Lease Returns, except this one had lower mileage, had all of the upgrades you could ever want and was cheaper than any of the other dealers we visited. We were fortunate enough to be helped by James Smith, which was understanding of our situation and did everything he could to take care of us. James and the staff at Dallas Lease Returns worked a miracle and was able to get us approved for a fantastic car and a great rate with a known bank. James then drove all the way from Carrollton to McKinney (53 miles round trip) to my place of work which saved me a trip so I could sign the paperwork. Fantastic customer service! Not only did they get us approved with great terms on a higly negative trade, but James went ahead and had our car touched up to reach "like new" status and fully detailed. James again went above and beyond to accomodate me with a loaner vehicle that had to meet certain criteria for a condition I have. There is no other place that would have done this for me. They also threw in a years worth of free car washes! I cannot speak more highly of the overall customer service and friendliness my wife and I experienced at Dallas Lease Returns with James and all of the great staff. Because of the continued run around I was receiving, I looked again for other trucks to consider. I called DLR and talked to Pete Hankins who in 24 hours accomplished more than the previous dealership had in the previous week. I received a great price and a lower finance rate and was in my truck almost immediately. Great experience and.professional service. They fixed a problem with the car even when they had no obligation to do so. Most dealers would not do that. I strongly recommend them. More
