I was greeted by salesman Ahmed when I walked in the sales room door. I was shown 2 models that I was interested in and ended up selecting an explorer. I had no intention of buying that day as a new car was something that I wanted but didn’t need just yet. Another thing that made my purchase experience comfortable was the demeanor of the entire staff at the dealership. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and easy to talk to, from the nice woman at the front desk, the person who worked with my insurance, the finance team member and the cashiers all had good personalities and made the time spent at the dealer a positive experience. The manager Steve came over to introduce himself and answered a few questions when needed in a very professional and timely manner. As someone who manages a professional practice I was able to identify that the dealership was well managed and everyone knew their responsibilities. This is the 2nd car purchase that I made at Dana and the experience of both will certainly put me in their showroom again in the future. More
