They promised stuff that were not delivered and when we called to complain , were neglected and put to the side. When we called to ask why does it feel like we were dupped, the managers lied to us, telling called to complain , were neglected and put to the side. When we called to ask why does it feel like we were dupped, the managers lied to us, telling us that we did a test drive for the car (never happened or occured) even worse is the fact that on the first day in this "experience" the car wasn't even functioning properly and we could not drive home with it. Overall I would not recommend Dana Ford to anyone I know! More

Charlize was an absolute pleasure to work with! She helped my wife and I get into a new vehicle with absolutely no issues. She wasn't pushy and wasn't trying to force another type of sale on us, as She helped my wife and I get into a new vehicle with absolutely no issues. She was extremely nice and informative and all around helpful with everything throughout the entire process of getting us into our new 2022 Nautilus Reserve. I would definitely work with her again in the future and would also recommend her to others. For a person that was new and going through the learning process, I don't believe we could have had someone at the same level give us the great level of service she gave to us.
