Sales rep Ryan is good and made the process easy. Manager never contacted me either before or after. I paid $8,000 over MSRP and $5000 deposit to hold the Bronco in transit. When I asked to switch to Manager never contacted me either before or after. I paid $8,000 over MSRP and $5000 deposit to hold the Bronco in transit. When I asked to switch to another color that’s available for sale he wanted $10,000 over MSRP. That’s price gouging in my mind. Dana ford has a difficult financing process- financing applications need to be on paper including sensitive information, credit card images front and back need to be texted to sales rep to pay deposit, they only accept wire transfer and not a bank draft. When you call you can’t get anyone on the line except your sales rep. When my bank called they aren’t able to talk to finance guy. If your rep is off you wait until rep comes back in few days. Finally when the car is delivered it wasn’t even cleaned or detailed like how you would expect delivery of a new vehicle. Ford does a horrible job setting ethical expectations for their dealers. More
