Mary was excellent with me. She searches the lot ahead of time so when I got there she already knew what I wanted and had plenty of options for me to review. She even found a fe She searches the lot ahead of time so when I got there she already knew what I wanted and had plenty of options for me to review. She even found a few different models in case I had a change of heart. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles and answered all my questions concerning returning my old lease from another dealership, equity on the old lease and provided me with cost for the two types of vehicles I was interested in. I have never felt so at ease during a stressful decision. Very pleasant experience and I can see moving all my vehicle needs to Dana Ford. More

I am very upset with this dealership. They Had my car for 2weeks and never made a diagnosis. Felix and the team never kept me up to date and played games in regards to the time frame the They Had my car for 2weeks and never made a diagnosis. Felix and the team never kept me up to date and played games in regards to the time frame the car will be diagnose when I called. It was awful experience calling because my advisor Felix never called back. It was if he was ignoring me. Very short staffed and rude. More
