Service is good but trying to sell customers stuff they don’t need is horrible. Example I was told my lug nuts are failing and need to be replaced for $189 dollars. If they are failing that should be a safety recall. Two telling me my oil pan nut is stripped when the only people servicing that vehicle was Ford. I told the service agent check the records only Ford has serviced that truck and so your service technician must have stripped it. More
