The Svc rep Kae was great and accommodating. - svc repair was not complete. One of the three recalls not done and one of the two car issues not done. It was a very pleasant experience. I went for oil change. When I arrived there I was greeted very warmly. I arrived 20 minutes early and they took me in with no problem.
