Disgraceful, it took 9 weeks to figure out y a 2 week old car couldn't start...blamed me the whole time for there being no gas...later found that there was gas and just couldn't fix the issue it self. In a world that now considers texts an acceptable/favored form of communication,Keith stands alone as someone who still understands the value of picking up the phone and explaining things. He shoots straight,never engaging in typical "mechanic speak" designed to confuse. He works hard to do not only what's best for the vehicle,but also what's best for the vehicle's owner. This is rare,and very much appreciated. I cannot express strongly enough the peace of mind and comfort that flows from this department. Their mechanics,under Keith's leadership,all seem to do excellent work,we've never had to have an issue handled twice. Any dealer can sell you one car. Great service! All over great experience. I just wished the battery would last longer than two years. We had the car about two weeks back in 2018 and the battery died.
