Brought my Mustang in again to have additional equipment installed. Keith the service manager was courteous and made sure the service was done timely and correctly. Hazem in the service department made sure I was taken care once I arrived and kept me updated until the car was ready for pickup. Very satisfied once again. More

I purchased a new Lincoln from Dana Ford Lincoln. Not satisfied! Absolutely no service after the sale! My new Lincoln was delivered with a couple very minor dings. None the less, it has dings, so I asked satisfied! Absolutely no service after the sale! My new Lincoln was delivered with a couple very minor dings. None the less, it has dings, so I asked the dealership to pay to have them removed. GHOSTED!! Asked 4 times, NO RESPONSE! Also, asked to be reimbursed for over charges on my registration. The finance manager said they would but didn't. More
