Very disappointed. I had leased vehicles from Dana Ford and referred many people there. My lease was ending on my SUV. I filled out the paperwork for a new lease deal, left a deposit and was told they wo and referred many people there. My lease was ending on my SUV. I filled out the paperwork for a new lease deal, left a deposit and was told they would get back to me. I called the following day and was left on hold then told someone would get back to me. No one got back to me. Very unprofessional. I NEVER received a call telling me if I was approved or not so I leased another car from another dealership. When I called to say I wanted my deposited refunded no surprise I was put on hold for quite a while until someone got on to say "oh you're approved and we don't give refunds on approved loans" I informed them that it was now two weeks later and I was never informed I was approved, I leased another car and I wouldn't have been approved for the other car if you had approved me. I am fighting to get my refund. I feel they ignored my application the whole time and are lying to me. The customer service has become terrible what happened to customer loyalty for return customers? Very Sad. More
