Too many excuses , first problem I had it took over a month to address it they give me a dealer car to use it almost choked me the smell of smoke in it and yet they charge you for cleaning the dealer car month to address it they give me a dealer car to use it almost choked me the smell of smoke in it and yet they charge you for cleaning the dealer cars oh they said sorry it’s all we had BS , I bought a brand new truck and several months later I got issues I had to play video to show them truck making noises. Now several months later same noise , over a month still don’t have parts plus I had to not only play new video for mechanics but send it to them after two weeks of not hearing from them . They said they need video to send to company seriously! I’m still waiting around a month and half my struck still not in shop ! I feel like they are waiting for warranty to finish just in case this part fails again! More
