I made an appointment in July 2021 to have a recall issue looked at. At that time I was told that the first appointment that was available was in mid December - 6 months out. Then in early November about a looked at. At that time I was told that the first appointment that was available was in mid December - 6 months out. Then in early November about a month before my appointment< i received a call and I was told my appointment was canceled and that if I have any questions, I can reschedule for April 25, 2021. Basically, almost a year to have the car looked at for 5 minutes. I spoke to a manager that said the delay is due to the Covid environment. I am sorry, at this rate, they mind as well be closed! I have never heard this from anyone, no dealerships, mechanics or any other business. If anything goes wrong as a result of the recall on my car, I will be holding Dana Ford Dealership accountable. More

This place is a joke. We purchased a car and just a few months after it started giving us issues. It’s been in service 5 times, one time being there for a month. What makes the situation worse is that they give you the run around, lie to you and when you call to speak to Keith Curran (service director), they refuse to connect you with him, he’s unreachable and will not return your calls. Save yourself the headache! ***** UPDATE***** Thank you CAMILLE! Camille, Service Advisor truly saved us. She not only set up an earlier appointment, but she got to the bottom of the issue, ordered the part we needed and made sure it got fixed. Thank you so much Camille! More
