Due to personal reasons beyond my control I could not bring my car in today to fix my vehicle properly. I will call for an appointment for next week. For the record, Keith, the service manager, did reach out to me. He was angry at me for leaving the poor review. He still never apologized for my inconvenience. He again told me if I don’t have the car there by 1:00 pm he won’t fix it. He really thinks who he is. Originally, he told me noon. Why? We know the mechanics go to lunch from 12 - 1. I’m extremely frustrated and angry and really don’t feel like wasting another3 hours or more in the Dana’s waiting room so Dana can finally fix my car the correct way. I don’t want to deal with Keith ever again. He thinks he can boss everyone including paying customers. I will say Kai at the front check in desk did try to help. Also, Sean from sales who sold me the vehicle also tried to help but for his troubles Keith yelled at him as well. This is the 6th vehicle I have purchased from Dana Ford. You’d think I’d be treated with respect. Instead, I was verbally attacked. Thanks for looking into the matter.

I tried to schedule an appointment with service but the lady on the phone refused to give me an appointment. She had to get clearance. I held on 15 minutes just for someone to answer and then they can’t help me. Dana Ford fixed my car’s Ac improperly. That’s on them but service is blaming me and acting like they’re doing me a favor.

So now instead of admitting they did not fix the car correctly they are meeting on whether to repair it at all. If you give them a negative review they just won’t service your vehicle. I don’t understand how they are blaming me for their mistakes. I just want my car fixed correctly. Maybe they don’t know how to repair the truck properly or they would’ve originally. I purchased the top of the line so I’d have all the amenities including a working Ac and seats.
