Car was picked up Wednesday (excellent service on the valet). My advisor called around noon said the recalls were done and he had to order a part that would Be in 10am Thursday and my car would be read valet). My advisor called around noon said the recalls were done and he had to order a part that would Be in 10am Thursday and my car would be ready shortly after that. I explained I would only be home until 4. He said no problem. I never heard from him. I called Friday and was told the part was I. Someone would call me when it was ready. No one called. I called back Saturday and was told my advisor wasn’t in MAYBE someone else could Call me back and help me. no on did. Now it’s Sunday. I still Have a loaner for car that was scheduled to be finished Thursday afternoon! More
