There's not enough space to leave a long initital review. However, I want to emphasize how accommodating Javier Castellanos was during the various repairs performed over the three days my vehicle was at the dealership. I arrived with a long list of needs, some additional needs were discovered, but the whole process went smoothly. My lone issue was purchasing a new set of tires only to find out when I arrived home that the valve stem caps were missing. I could have brought the vehicle back in, but I went out and spent $1.59 for a pack of four caps. It's a small thing... but it's something this really shouldn't have been overlooked since new tires require breaking down the old, replacing with new tires and new valve stems, airing up the new tires, balancing each tire, etc. The vehicle arrived with all stem caps and came home without any after more than $2000 worth of service.
