Amazing customer service! After having a car sold out from underneath us at a different dealership, it was refreshing to go to Fave Mingenast, where our salesman, Brian, was s After having a car sold out from underneath us at a different dealership, it was refreshing to go to Fave Mingenast, where our salesman, Brian, was so patient and kind through the whole process. The finance person who helped us, Beverley, was also amazing. Both showcased integrity during the sale, being honest about what they thought we needed to get coverage-wise and explaining every aspect of what we were getting in signing our contracts. I never felt like anything we didn’t need was being pushed on us. Additionally, they had a tech person named Hal come out and explain all the electronics in the car and set up blue tooth, and he did a rest job! More
