Too hard to reach a service rep on the phone. Too often rolls to schedulers. You leave a message wirh scheduler, but calls are often not returned. And why is a green check mark blocking part of this answer box so I can't see some of what I'm writing? In person, reps and swrvice people are great. But online and phone are a mess. More
