Good afternoon, I just saw this review and also just got off of the phone with you. I would like to explain to anyone reading this review exactly what happened since I have already been extremely clear with Gerald. The Jeep in question was at a local exhaust repair shop waiting for work to be completed, however the parts were on back order and had not arrived as of Thursday am. Therefore, as the manger, I decided to retrieve the Jeep and have it at least on my lot that is secured in the evening after hours. The vehicle was sitting out front for no more than an hour or so and a customer drove in and began to look at it based on the exterior color. We ended up selling the Jeep Wrangler and the exhaust will be repaired next week when the parts arrive. The appointment coordinator was off Thursday and returned to work at 1pm this afternoon to make follow up calls and appointments. The Jeep was sitting out in front of our store after being detailed from yesterday's sale and the coordinator did in fact see it and made the mistake of telling the customer that it was available to see. When the customer called back to schedule an appt she had to tell him that the vehicle was sold yesterday. We did apologize to him immediately for the small confusion, however nothing was done wrong or intentional for that matter.
