Annemarie is not a professional sales person ! My son found a used Jeep Wrangler on the website and wanted to go and look at it. He called first thing Monday morning July 13 th to make sure Jeep w My son found a used Jeep Wrangler on the website and wanted to go and look at it. He called first thing Monday morning July 13 th to make sure Jeep was on site before he drove an hour away from NJ to look at it. He spoke with Annmarie who told him the Jeep was in the shop for repair on the exhaust system. She said it should be back mid to end of week and she would call him so he could come in. On Wednesday July 15 th he made a follow up call to Annemarie to check on Jeep and to express his interest in seeing it ASAP when it came back to dealership, she said she would definitely call him as soon as it returned. July 17th he sent her a email asking if she had any information about Jeep because he would take half a day off to come and look at it. He checked his email all day no response from Annmarie. At 2:37 I called the dealership and Annmarie told me the Jeep was on site and I could stop in any time to look at it..A totally different story from what she told my son! At 3:30 my son called to set up an appointment to see the Jeep and Annmarie told him it was now sold!! Clearly she could care less about a customer who was willing and able to buy a car from her..Poor salesmanship and customer service...Will never go there and spend our money or recommend them More
