Advisor never came in waiting room to infom me my truck was ready, my wife called to say we received an email 40 minutes ago that my truck was ready. The service was for our Kia, but I told my husband that I would buy a Toyota from Daytona Toyota just for the great service department. Fortunately, our Kia came from DeLand Kia, so warranty service at Daytona Toyota is an option. Also loved the "Quiet Room" in the waiting area. More

The service was completed without any issues although it takes a while to get it done. I was due for an oil change and tire rotation. But with the other service checks, etc., I was in there for over an ho takes a while to get it done. I was due for an oil change and tire rotation. But with the other service checks, etc., I was in there for over an hour and a half. While I understand the need to provide the service inspections, I can't recommend them if you are in a hurry. Next time, I'll arrange to drop the car off and then they can take their time getting it done without impact to me. More
