We only came to look at cars. We currently have a 2002 Celica, which we love. And, we trust Toyota. We live in PA and cone to FL for the winter. Very small selection in PA, especially since COVID. So, we just decided to go and look at Daytona Toyota and saw the Crown. We heard of it but never saw one and they had a few there. We really liked it. Marcus was great but we still weren't sold yet. After speaking with Patrick and then Brian, who were both professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, gave us a good deal and made the process easy. So, we ended up driving home with it on Christmas Eve. More
