My service advisor left me high and dry. . He checked me in but was no where to be seen at check out.. my keys and service paper had to be tracked down as well. An estimate request i ask . I will say that the service advisors that did help me finally check out were pleasant and helpful as was the parts department man that took the time to find a part i was looking for. I will return to Daytona Toyota for simple service on my Lexus GX460 and this last service confusion wont happen again. More
