Geoff was very kind and went out of his way to make sure I could purchase the Camry I was looking at; I don't feel like I could have had a better salesman. I had my Camry Solara for 20 years, 367,000 miles I could purchase the Camry I was looking at; I don't feel like I could have had a better salesman. I had my Camry Solara for 20 years, 367,000 miles and it was time to move on....a.k.a a very difficult day. He made it as painless as possible and we did some creative things but we got it done! I wanted to purchase a car at Daytona Toyota because I had been taking the Solara there for service the entire time I owned her and everyone has always been great and did the best they could to help. Steve Robinson is my service advisor and he's fantastic as well. More
I took both of my vehicles that I bought from Daytona Toyota there to be serviced. First was a mini cooper with a check engine light on. They told me there’s nothing they can do about it because they don Toyota there to be serviced. First was a mini cooper with a check engine light on. They told me there’s nothing they can do about it because they don’t work on mini coopers. (So why am I paying extra for a warranty?) Second was my dodge ram. Low fluid light was on. I watched them pour 2 bottles of fluid in the truck as it poured out the bottom and they said nothing. Tried calling the sales rep I bought the mini from. But never got a call back. More

Had to wait over 4 hours to complete the deal. No fault of Dimitri. Financing department tried to oversell me packages which I said up front I didn't want. Felt pressure from financing "if you d No fault of Dimitri. Financing department tried to oversell me packages which I said up front I didn't want. Felt pressure from financing "if you don't get it today it will be much more expensive". strong arm tactics don't work with me. However I love the car. More
James Mosher helped me pick out and purchase a vehicle in which I love, not knowing I would have such a problem with this location. I was told that there was 7 years free warranty which was a huge selling po which I love, not knowing I would have such a problem with this location. I was told that there was 7 years free warranty which was a huge selling point for me. As I’m signing the papers to buy, I was told that they forgot to remove the sticker, and in reality the warranty ended a month prior and I will only be getting 1 month warranty. First red flag that I decided to look past since I fell in love with this car. There were a few scratches on the vehicle that James said I could get buffed off for free the following Wednesday at 10am. I drive the hour to get to the dealership and was told it might take up to 3 hours, so I planned to waste some time. 4 hours later, still no call back. I call and they have no record of my car ever being there. A few seconds later I get a text saying it was just finished and waiting for me. Weird because they had no record of it…When I get back to the dealership, my car is in the exact same parking spot with all of the scratches still very obvious. I ask if they have even looked at it and a colleague of James says he has no idea. James does not come out to speak to me himself and says I can just come back next Wednesday and I’ll get a full tank of gas too. They didn’t even touch my car and told me it was finished??!! I wasted my entire day and expect much more than a full tank of gas. Ridiculous. More
