The day I Received a recall notice by mai I attempted to schedule a service appointment. The site would not allow me to get past the service selection page unless I chose another service which I did not nee schedule a service appointment. The site would not allow me to get past the service selection page unless I chose another service which I did not need. Next, I tried the chat feature. After the agent asked for my name, phone, email address I still did not get an appointment. Only sone lame promise that someone would get back to me. They failed to call me back.
