When I took my car in, the customer service people were just in a hurry to get me in and get me out. car washing people scratched my brand new truck up washing it and put several scratches in the paint on the hood that are ver noticable. i have left messages for the manager to call me but have yet to washing it and put several scratches in the paint on the hood that are ver noticable. i have left messages for the manager to call me but have yet to receive any calls from them or him about the damages. their sevice tech broke my wife windshield few months ago and the service managers made us have out insurance comp replace it even after the service trch admitted to breaking it. i have bought 3 vehicles their in last 6 months but now have no intentions of doing any further business there due to hirrible horrible customer service.
