I was told that there was 7 years free warranty which was a huge selling point for me. As I’m signing the papers to buy, I was told that they forgot to remove the sticker, and in reality the warranty ended a month prior and I will only be getting 1 month warranty. First red flag that I decided to look past since I fell in love with this car. There were a few scratches on the vehicle that James said I could get buffed off for free the following Wednesday at 10am. I drive the hour to get to the dealership and was told it might take up to 3 hours, so I planned to waste some time. 4 hours later, still no call back. I call and they have no record of my car ever being there. A few seconds later I get a text saying it was just finished and waiting for me. Weird because they had no record of it…When I get back to the dealership, my car is in the exact same parking spot with all of the scratches still very obvious. I ask if they have even looked at it and a colleague of James says he has no idea. James does not come out to speak to me himself and says I can just come back next Wednesday and I’ll get a full tank of gas too. They didn’t even touch my car and told me it was finished??!! I wasted my entire day and expect much more than a full tank of gas. Ridiculous. More
