Awful. Brought my car and left it 3 different full days last week. I agreed to everything suggested and the initial problem is still not resolved. There is no way they took it for a test drive or they wo last week. I agreed to everything suggested and the initial problem is still not resolved. There is no way they took it for a test drive or they would have known. They actually changed my oil twice as apparently the service techs don't talk to one another. Called Service Manager this morning at 9am. It's 5pm and still no call back. I know everyone is struggling due to all the calamities but this is not acceptable. And yes, I bought my Jeep there (and the one before). More

I’m really not happy. Problem has not been solved. Service rep has not responded to my call and I feel scammed and over charged every time I go to have my car repaired.
