The 3 dealerships before him were experiences that showed I was not cared for as a person and it was clear that they only wanted the sale and that my money was not respected. Sales is sales - I’ve worked in sales and still do -he at least made the effort - I could tell I was in the right place and a deal was finalized satisfactorily. I moved and I was trying to find something near my house; so I called about three Ram dealers before and none of them had convenient hours or something sooner. None of them offered me to leave the car overni so I called about three Ram dealers before and none of them had convenient hours or something sooner. None of them offered me to leave the car overnight, until I called DeCozen (which is farther away from me). They have this option of leave the car when I can and pick it up when is ready. Also, they fixed my car in less than a week from my call, the other ones wanted me to wait more than two/three weeks to take my car. I really recommend DeCozen. More
