I had bought a 2023 Silverado Truck and my friend also bought a vehicle with me that day also. When I went to go get the truck I noticed there was a scratch about 6 inches on the door, and it wasn’t washed throughly. Under the hood near the windshield was a lot of leaf like debris. I’m not sure on the gentleman’s name on who did all the final paperwork but it seem like he was a little overwhelmed. A few mistakes where made but he pulled through it well. I had asked him where is the person who goes over the vehicle to inform me with all the features? He said we don’t have anyone because of covid and they can’t get anyone. He did say he will go into the vehicle with me and see if he can figure some features out for me. There wasn’t much he showed me that he was sure of. I told him when I bought my last vehicle at another dealership a couple of years ago DURING covid, that he went over the vehicle with me for about 30-40 minutes. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED and very upset that when I was told that your dealership doesn’t really have anyone. I had no idea that the center seat of the truck had a compartment, when I went into work a guy told me about it and i felt like a idiot not knowing it. I had questions on the mechanics of the vehicle from your dealership that i would normally ask the person that goes over the vehicle with me before i leave the lot. I paid a lot of money for my vehicle and It seemed like your company took my money and sent me on my way and off your lot and for me to figure the functions out on my own. When I got into my truck to leave I literally sat there for a few seconds and said out loud “what the F*** just happened?? I felt so rushed. POOR SERVICE ON YOUR END! More
