My experience at DeNooyer Chevrolet was the best of all the dealers I have dealt with over my entire car-buying history spanning over 50 years. From the moment I walked in cold -- with no appointment -- I the dealers I have dealt with over my entire car-buying history spanning over 50 years. From the moment I walked in cold -- with no appointment -- I was immediately greeted and sitting down with a competent and professional saleswoman (Kirsten Changa) who quickly and quietly arranged for a test drive. No hype. No high-pressure sales. Just honest, knowledgeable attention to my needs and inquiries. Everyone I dealt with and could see going about their business exuded an air of competence, honesty, and forthrightness so utterly refreshing and confidence-inspiring (and, unfortunately, abysmally absent at most other car dealerships). They all were totally present when dealing with me, and answered my questions and educated me in things I didn't understand in a kind and respectful manner. Of course, I ended up buying the vehicle I test drove, and so very thankfully, without all the stress and angst that usually accompanies such an expensive purchase. My heartfelt thanks to DeNooyer for demanding and creating such a fine, professional staff who demonstrate with their daily actions the true meaning of honest, capable, professional service. Obviously, the tone has been set from the top down and it permeates the entire operation. What a breath of fresh air!! More
