1st time there for service since purchasing vehicle. Dropped off at 8:30 am for 10:30am appointment. I have to say I was dissapointed I never heard from them all day. Got a voicemail, left message. Got no response. My ride left and I waited at work past my work end time until my husband came. By now it was after 5pm. Walked in to cashier she gave me paperwork and keys and said you are all set. I asked her I am new here but I got no calls, texts regarding my vehicle today. Shouldnt I get a call and she said you should have. I said well I called at 3:45 and a girl said she was not sure if it was done and transferred me to a voicemail which clearly does not help me. She said sorry I just got in so I am not sure, sorry about that. Just wanted for you to be aware. More

I brought my '19 Chevy Equinox in for service for a noise within the AWD system. This noise appears when the temperature outside goes below 30 degrees and the speed of the truck is between 20-40 mph with th within the AWD system. This noise appears when the temperature outside goes below 30 degrees and the speed of the truck is between 20-40 mph with the AWD disengaged. To stop the drivetrain noise all you have to do is engage the AWD for 5 seconds and then disengage the AWD. The noise is gone for about 30 seconds and then it's back. After a few trips up/down Wolfe road with your service team rep, Sid Nareindra and I agreed that the noise there and was apparently coming from the rear of the truck. After 2 weeks, 2 rental cars and 1 curtesy car, it was determined that the noise was normal and un-repairable. The noise is still there and I'm sure this will be a larger problem in the future. Sid assured me that if this problem gets louder and more identifiable you would re-evaluate the problem. And maybe fix it. Sid was very helpful and did his best to get the problem resolved. I was disappointed with a couple of issues: -On three occasions the truck was left unlocked... outside in the back lot -Someone left food and soda cans in the truck... even when I picked it up -When I picked up the truck it was frozen with snow and ice. I had to take it to the car wash and use the high pressure sprayer to the windows and doors. With such bad weather that week I would have thought that knowing I was going to pick up the truck you could have just got the thick ice off the windows. More
