For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. Scheduled appointment for new tires and oil change. Received confirmation of services 8 days before the appointment. They mentioned my alignment was off so that was added to the service. During the appointment they said they didn't have the tires but could have them in 4 days or I could get tires today that were a bit more expensive. $120 per tire more expensive. Nice bait and switch. I said to just do the oil change. After a very long time in the waiting area I noticed my car was sitting out front. I went to the service counter and they still went ahead with the alignment and tried to charge me for the oil change (which is free). Horrible experience with the service department. If it weren't for the no charge oil changes I would never set foot in that dealership again. More

My appointment was at 1500. I walked in at 1445 and was taken care of right away.
