I tried to come back with my Cruze and couldn't get through The service on my Tahoe was fine... but here are my issues. 1) The sticker on my window says my service is due on one date 2) My onstar diagnost The service on my Tahoe was fine... but here are my issues. 1) The sticker on my window says my service is due on one date 2) My onstar diagnostics say my service is due on another date 3) My Oil Life indicator on the car says it is due on a 3rd, different date It's 2019... Chevy (not necessarily denooyer, can't get it together to make these synch up? Bigger Issue #2: I'm trying to get my Chevy Cruze in to be serviced... and I was on hold for an incredibly long amount of time. I assumed I was forgotten about so I called back. The person that answered the phone said "DeNooyer Service, I'm the only one here please hold".. How is that my problem? I don't care that DeNooyer is short staffed... I want my car serviced. After waiting again for a long time I hung up and brought my car to Mavis in Latham. Satisfied Went in to have my brakes and rotors replaced. Few weeks later the brakes started squeaking. Went in to fix the problem which the replace the brake pads again turns out the didn’t fix it they still squeaked. Went back in the next day and replace the pads with a different pair and finally work. They apologized for the inconvenience. More

I had it a list of things to take care of this appointment including dealing with a recall. They had the car back to me within two hours. Even offered me a courtesy shuttle ride each time we spoke.
