For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. vehicle listed wrong vehicle was chosen during covid over internet listing, after signing all paperwork was brought out vehicle not on internet listing (listed was a gmc 2 vehicle was chosen during covid over internet listing, after signing all paperwork was brought out vehicle not on internet listing (listed was a gmc 2500, brought out a gmc 1500, looked the same, possible mix up with listing but was on internet for weeks listed as such). was told by TWO salesman they will get me into correct vehicle as listed (or similar, either 2wks or 6months whatever it takes) and TWO months later still dont have it, and only time there is correspondence on the issue is when I reach out to salesman. after 25 miles check engine light came on, and intermittently abs traction lights come on. More

Easy to work with. No pressure Andrew listened very well to what I was looking for in a vehicle. He was very respectful and answered my questions as I asked them. Purchased preowned truck I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime and Chris Smith made the whole deal very easy from start to finish. Still dont have my car Awful service Have had my car for over 3 weeks to be told it's GM fault the parts sent are wrong A brand new car that I had for about 2 weeks.
