For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. The dealership text me on 03/04/2020 to confirm the appointment, I replied yes to it and then called saying we will be there earlier then planned and she said great see you then. When we got there the woman that we set up and confirmed our appointment with set us up with one of the dealers. My wife and the kids all go to his desk only to fine that the car we had came to buy was sold the day before and no one failed to tell us that it was sold until we where at the dealership. WOW … What a west of your time. We feel that we where miss lead... More

Sales When I bought my 2011 (brand new) Impala I was very disappointed with the salesman. He seemed distracted and didn't work with me to buy a car. I wasn't going to come back to Denooyer for that reason. However I did stop in to see what they had in an Equinox that I was looking for. Sameer was my salesman and he was very courteous and friendly and worked with me to find just the right car that I was looking for. I would recommend him to anybody that may ask me about Denooyer Chevrolet. My opinion of Denooyer has changed due to the excellent service I received from Sameer.
