For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. Service brought leased truck in for first oil change. Arrived about 1:45 had scheduled appointment at 2pm, Waited over five minutes to have door opened, even brought leased truck in for first oil change. Arrived about 1:45 had scheduled appointment at 2pm, Waited over five minutes to have door opened, even thought 'honked horn 4 times as instructed' on door. However, noticed that right lane to service center open door for 2 cars as we waited. Once inside, service rep. was polite and professional. Unfortunately, we had to wait about 1 hour and 30 minutes for servicing. Longer than we expected. Our service rep came to customer lounge at 3:20 and apologized that we were still waiting as another rep came to look for us but couldn't find us, as our truck had been ready. We never left the area and sat at table the whole time. But will return as we purchased a service contract. More

In and out as usual, and as expected. scheduled an oil change & check-up, plus a state inspection. Dropped off car at 7:15, went for breakfast at area dinner. Disappointed in GM warranty coverage. Excellent service.
