Very unhappy and will never go back there again I was quoted a price on tires which we agreed on. I was looking for a tune up and inspection on my 2007 GMC box truck. I knew there was a few things t I was quoted a price on tires which we agreed on. I was looking for a tune up and inspection on my 2007 GMC box truck. I knew there was a few things that needed to be fixed. No big deal, but i asked for spark plugs to be changed. I googled plugs for that truck and saw the most expensive ones were $8.00. So I figured it wouldn't be too much.Scott Towne told mean it needed spark plug wires too. Again i checked the most i saw was a little over 100.00. So all told I thought maybe $200.00 total on that. Shame on me for not asking. At no time were there any prices told to me for anything. Maybe that's your policy to surprise people when they get there. To have a very simple job of plugs i was charged $730.00. Really ???? I know plugs on high end cars can go for a lot but for an american made truck to be charged that much is shameful and a rip off. I have been unhappy in the past with the time it takes to do a job there but again I gave you one more chance. This is the second time my truck, which i have to have to work was kept overnight. I thought maybe $1500.-1800 tops for everything. $2945. with no warning. I don't want to talk to anyone. saying you're sorry will not cut it. I will never return and tell every vendor I know not to every go there More
