For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. I want to extend my sincere thanks for allowing my family to care for your family's automotive needs and look forward to the next generations' needs as well.

Stay as far away as possible! Horrible experience from beginning to end. Least trustworthy dealership I ever had to deal with. In case you have no other choice (trust me, you do) make sure you read everything twice before you sign. Numbers in contract didn't match agreed upon price (honest mistake they claim), condition of vehicle didn't match description. Vehicle supposedly was CPO but you can tell nobody ever looked at it. Had issue with a check engine light coming on and they couldn't fix so they just cleared the code so I would drive off the lot. Light came on almost immediately. Car was less than 1 year old. Then they tried solving a problem using a used non-OEM part from a salvage yard!! And it goes on and on and on. In summary: Do you enjoy getting taken advantage off? Then buy from DeNooyer Do you want to deal with a bunch of weasels? Then buy from DeNooyer Do you enjoy endless frustration? Then buy from DeNooyer Do you want to experience why used car salesmen have a horrible reputation? Then buy from DeNooyer If you don't identify with anything from above then I can only recommend to look ANYWHERE else. Not sure if my experience was typical or not. But since it was the same across various departments and with multiple employees.......? You be the judge. More
