For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. The service dept rep lied to my face and got caught, waiting almost 3 years for a recall part and he said that they had to retrofit my car for the part in which they did that almost 3 years ago and then waiting almost 3 years for a recall part and he said that they had to retrofit my car for the part in which they did that almost 3 years ago and then they did it again when I brought it in for my services and he said that they had a look at the car personally to order it, which is a lie then they lost my key and my paperwork for 45 minutes after that went and seen my salesman which I bought my car from and he wasn’t too happy either and he took care of my problem as far as buying a car the dealership and I love the sales.rep I got buying the car, but as far as the service department goes it I give it a F More

Dwane was very helpful, he had me in on schedule, the work was all documented. Dwane helped me with some rebates. Dwane gets an A+. Now who ever performed the work must have been in a hurry.
