I came in for an oil change. The service advisor, Robert, noticed that the battery was low on my key. They changed it for me, I had not noticed. We dropped off the night before and ended up using a sticky note attached to our key instead of the envelopes because we didn’t see them. Put in the drop box. Call the next day around 2 to find out the status as our car as our appointment was set for 9am. We’re told they didn’t know it was there. We are transferred to a service advisor, Dwayne. He was incredibly rude stating it was our fault the car wasn’t done and that it probably wouldn’t get done that day now. He continually talked back and when we asked to speak to a manager he instead kept talking over us and wanted to fix it himself. We were eventually told it would get done by the end of the day. This was the last straw for us with Denooyer. We dealt with having to take our vehicle back and forth to them multiple times to get our lcd screen fixed. The car was left sitting in their lot for weeks and we were never notified it was fixed. We had to find out after calling ourselves to ask about the status. We paid extra when purchasing this car to get the oil changes covered, but it’s not worth the trouble. We will never be back here again. Not for service and sure as xxxx not to buy our next vehicle. We will be sure to warn our friends and family not to waste their time and money here. More
