DeNooyer Chevrolet - Service Center

Thank you to the person at the front desk who answered my phone call and the cashier who were very kind. I pulled into the dealership just for an oil change and there were about a half dozen employees th phone call and the cashier who were very kind. I pulled into the dealership just for an oil change and there were about a half dozen employees that ignored me. It was my first time at this location and I wasn't sure exactly where to go or who to speak to. Until one gentleman pointed me in the right direction. When I walk in, I said that I had an appointment for an oil change and I just got attitude because I was holding them up from talking to a friend that walked in. I took some work calls in the waiting room and so I wasn't able to get my car as soon as it was done. My representative was very kind about this. While in the waiting room, I heard employees in the offices loudly complaining about customers and yelling at their reports. But I didn't hear the representative tell me to go to the cashier when I was ready to go, so I went to the service desk. "Hi I believe my car is ready to be picked up?" "well who helped you??" *shruggs arms and shoulders with an impatient attitude* "um, doesn't look like they're here." "oh.. go to the cashier" and just pointed me over there without looking at me. Most, definitely not all, employees were just rude. Will not be returning here. More
