I came in with a transmission problems. Bob found that GM had a service bulletin on it at no cost to me. After that service my truck had a follow up problem. Bob was helpful in correcting it. i was happy with one part of my repair but i am upset because i was having another issue with my odometer light and i was told it was the dimmer switch that was down, i asked at least 3x to make sure it because i was having another issue with my odometer light and i was told it was the dimmer switch that was down, i asked at least 3x to make sure it was good. and im still having the same issue and now if i bring it back and go thru my warranty i will be charged through them and i could of had the issued resolved the first time it was brought in. Service experience I usually have a great experience with this service department. This time, I had to bring my truck in three times in six months for the same problem{ I usually have a great experience with this service department. This time, I had to bring my truck in three times in six months for the same problem{ check engine light on}.I had to pay three times for the same problem plus waste three days to come here. Everytime I brought my truck in I was told it was a different problem. After they supposedly fixed it the first and second times, the check engine light came back on two months later. I brought the truck back in july for the third time and so far the check engine light has stayed off, but it's not two months yet. More

I'd say 99% of the people that are in the service department are the best people that you could have doing that job. The guy that I dealt with, Jon, was phenomenal from the time I dropped my truck off until I got it back. I brought it in for transmission issues and the AC not blowing cold. I have an extended warranty that I bought last year when the truck turned 100k miles. It now has 130k miles. I was worried that the warranty company wouldn't cover things as I'm always skeptical of these extended warranties. Not only does DeNooyer sell and service good vehicles but they have the right relationships with the extended warranty companies. The extended warranty company covered a new/rebuilt GM transmission and also covered the condenser that the truck needed. Should the truck need a new condenser? Maybe. Should it need a new transmission? Probably not. If I didn't buy the extended warranty this would be a lot different-toned review, so my gamble paying for the extended warranty paid off and I'm happy about that. DeNooyer does a great job working with the customer and handling the extended warranty claims so I don't have to waste my time calling and doing it all myself. That's what you pay the money for. I only made one call, Jon handled the rest. Sure the warranty company could have been better with the rental car that I needed but didn't use as I had other means, but the rest was really seamless. Everything is now working great and I'm satisfied with the process. More

I appreciate the fact that everyone kept their distance ,wore masks/coverings and they wiped the cars down..Even with masks on you could see a smile on their faces the eyes twinkled !!
